Zynosky slides from assistant to head coach

For the second straight year, Charleroi’s girls basketball team will have a new face on the bench next season. Well, sort of. Bob Zynosky was hired Tuesday night by the Charleroi School Board to replace Mariah Ward, who resigned after one season on the job.
