Another Monongahela water line breaks

Monongahela suffered another water line break Tuesday. Around 12:15 p.m., a line on Chess Street between Third Street and Lynn Alley burst, cracking pavement and partially flooding the Tri Community Ambulance building. It’s still unknown if other buildings or businesses were affected.
