N. Charleroi council adds to ABC support

It’s been said it only takes one person to make a change — but in recent weeks the Authority of the Borough of Charleroi has learned that it has a small army of supporters. On Monday, North Charleroi council became the latest government body to applaud the grassroots effort that has taken place to prevent the ABC’s dissolution.
