New Eagle will target violations by landlords

New Eagle council discussed ongoing issues with landlords and rental inspections during Tuesday’s meeting. Treasurer and secretary Kimberly Koontz raised the topic under discussion of borough finances, saying a number of negligent landlords fail their due diligence under municipal ordinances.
