Donna J. Mesher, 64, of Centerville Borough, passed away, Tuesday, June 13, 2023, in Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital. She was born Sept. 13, 1958, in Charleroi, Pa., daughter of the late George and Louise Hibbs Yakubik. Donna was a 1976 graduate of Bentworth High School. She was employed as a CNA with Gateway Hospice for many years. Mrs. Mesher enjoyed cooking and spending time in her outdoor kitchen and near her koi pond…her “horseshoe of happiness.” She loved spending time with her grandchildren who were the light of her life. On Nov. 26, 1988, she married Richard Mesher, who survives. They celebrated 34 years of marriage. Surviving are two children, Raymond Westbrook of Brownsville, and Baily Erfourth (Todd) of Evans City, Pa.; eight siblings, Shirley Ullery of Centerville, Pa., Anna Lambert of California, Pa., Steve Yakubik of Brownsville, Helen Gayman of Marianna, Pa., John Yakubik of Charleroi, Rose Lambert and Virginia Kimmel, both of California, Pa., and Ronald Yakubik of Fredericktown, Pa.; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday, June 16, 2023, at JOHN B. GREENLEE FUNERAL HOME LTD., 2830 Main St. Beallsville. Interment will be private.
