Ronald A. Patch, 88, of Rostraver Township, formerly of Carroll Township, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at his home. He was born Oct. 18, 1934, in Donora, the son of the late Andrew Patch and the late Dora Patch. In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Maya; and a sister, Patty (Charles) Patch Daittillo. Surviving to cherish his memory are his daughter, Renee (Eric) Cerini of Canonsburg; a son, Randy Patch of Rostraver Township; three grandchildren, Erica Honick, Adam (Holly) Cerini and Isabella Patch; and two great-grandchildren, Ryker Honick and Penelope Cerini. Ron enjoyed his retirement and never looked back, traveling with family and friends, socializing in the community and relaxing at the home he and his wife loved for over 60 years. Arrangements have been entrusted to ANTHONY L. MASSAFRA FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE INC., 40 Second St. Ext., Donora, where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 2, 2023. Funeral service will be conducted at St. Michael Byzantine Rite Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 3, 2023, with the Rev. Father Stephen Wahal officiating.
