Wanda Trumpie – Monongahela

Wanda Trumpie, 88, of Monongahela, passed away Monday, May 22, 2023, at home. Born July 9, 1934, she was the daughter of the late John D. Stevenson and Olle Fine Stevenson. She loved to cook and bake. Survivors include a son, Barry Hardesty of Monongahela; three grandsons, John “JJ” Hardesty of Donora, Justin Hardesty of Somerset, Pa., and John L. Hardesty of Donora; one granddaughter, Lisa Hardesty of Smithton; one brother, John Stevenson of St. Louis, Mo.; two sisters, Beverly (Hugh Sandy) of Florida and Linda Gregg of Charleroi; 16 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, John “Jack” Hardesty, in 1977 and her second husband, Louis Trumpie, in 1993; two sons, Dana Trumpie in 1995 and John N. “Jack” Hardesty in 2017; and a grandson, Christopher Hardesty. Per her request, there will be no service.
