Charleroi business owner shoots alleged intruder

Charleroi Regional Police are investigating after the owner of a McKean Avenue business shot an alleged intruder Thursday morning. Charleroi Regional referred all questions to Washington County District Attorney Jason Walsh, who said the owner of Pet Boutique in the 500 block of McKean Avenue arrived at work Thursday morning to open his shop and heard a noise coming from upstairs.
