Developer plans to build new home in Charleroi

For the first time in nearly 40 years, there will soon be new residential construction in Charleroi. Ahmed Jasim, the owner of Black Lotus Group, has rehabbed two homes in the borough and introduced them to new homeowners already. Now he hopes to construct a new family home at 222 Crest Ave.
