Charleroi’s immigrant liaison got head start on new job

Getro Bernabe is ready to put his best foot forward in his new role as an immigrant liaison in Charleroi. A former Haitian Coast Guard officer and liaison to the U.S. Embassy in the Caribbean, Bernabe has been hired as part of the Neighborhood Partnership Program for the newly created role.
