Forward Township: Chief cites success of EMS arrangement

Southeast Regional EMS Chief Doug Pascoe informed Forward Township supervisors and residents at Monday’s meeting about improved response times in the township and said it’s a result of taking over management of Tri-Community Ambulance Service, which is based out of Monongahela.
