John C. Bielawski – Stroal Acres

John C. Bielawski, 72, of Stroal Acres, passed on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at his home. He was born in North Charleroi on Aug. 25, 1950, a son of John F. and Margaret H. Mihalek Bielawski. John was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel in Allenport and was a Vietnam War veteran who served in the United States Navy. John was a member of American Legion Post 801 in Roscoe, the Roscoe Slovak Club and the Allenport Gun Club. He was also a member of the former St. Joseph’s Church in Roscoe. John is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, John R. and Jennifer Bielawski of California; two granddaughters, Emily and Sarah Bielawski; a sister, Barbara Cupec of Wooster, Ohio; and special friend, Sherry Westen. He was preceded in death by his sister, Margaret “Marge” Farquhar. There will be no visitation.
