Mon Valley Home Show opens today

The 32nd annual Mon Valley Home Show kicks off today at the cfsbank Event Center, formerly known as the Rostraver Ice Garden. The event will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. today, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for seniors ages 65 and older. Children ages 12 and younger are admitted free. The show is sponsored by Equipment Connection, Oberfields LLC, C. Harper of the Mon Valley and the Mon Valley Independent. David Christner of Christner Concrete and Hardscapes of Dawson, hands Bill Swank III a brick as Bill Swank Jr. watches.
