Donna Fae Ferree Cain, 91, of Elizabeth Township, passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at Peters Township Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was a retired administrative assistant for the Sandpiper Beach Club in Sarasota, Fla. She was a member of Wrights United Methodist Church in Venetia, a former organist and an avid reader. Born Feb. 29, 1932, in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late William and Dora Guffey Ferree and wife of the late George L. Cain. She is survived by daughter, Diane (Charles “Bud”) Swingle of Jefferson Hills; grandchildren, Kelly (Bob) Muntan of Masontown and Grant Swingle; great-grandchildren, Jesse and Cody Muntan, along with nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Terri Lou Cain. Friends will be received at PAUL E. BEKAVAC FUNERAL HOME, Elizabeth, from 3 p.m. until the time of service at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 15, 2023. Private burial will take place in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Township. Memorial contributions may be made to the Autism Center of Pittsburgh, 900 Rebecca Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15221.
