Lorraine Julia Kotcella – Belle Vernon
Lorraine Julia Kotcella, 88, of Belle Vernon, died Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital in Carroll Township. She was the daughter of the late George Kotcella and the late Julia Kotcella. Lorraine worked for Allenport Mill as a clerk before her retirement. In addition to her parents, Lorraine was preceded in death by Dolores McKosky, Shirley McKosky and John Kotcella. Surviving to cherish her memory are her brother, Richard (Beth) Kotcella of Fla.; sister, Susan Kotcella of Philadelphia; and a niece and nephews. Arrangements have been entrusted to ANTHONY L.
