Jerry Lee Parks, 52, of Monongahela, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 27, 2023, in his home. Born Aug. 6, 1970, in New Eagle, he is the son of Frances Jane Farren Parks of Monongahela, and the late Richard W. Parks Jr. Jerry was a 1989 graduate of Ringgold High and worked for several years at a commercial cleaning company in Pittsburgh. Jerry always enjoyed watching WWF (World Wrestling Federation), reading and watching military shows on the History Channel. In addition to his mother, Jerry is survived by his aunt, Kathy Chapman of Seattle, Wash., cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Robert E. and Michael W. Parks. A private burial was held in Monongahela Cemetery. MARSHALL MARRA FUNERAL HOME, 216 Chess St., Monongahela, 724-258-6767, is in charge of the arrangements.
