Priatko looks back at time in NFL

Bill Priatko summed up his association with the Pittsburgh Steelers, saying it was an honor to play for the black and gold and for a wonderful man in “The Chief” Mr. Art Rooney Sr. He mentioned another highlight of his career that he remembers fondly. “In the NFL, when a team was selected as the best defensive team they only used one category – whoever gave up the least amount of yards,” he said. “In 1957, we played the Chicago Cardinals and their Hall of Fame runner Ollie Matson in Comiskey Park.”
