Serra rallies to beat Char-Houston

Serra Catholic rallied from an early four-run deficit to capture an 8-5 victory over visiting Chartiers-Houston in non-section play at Renzie Park Tuesday afternoon. Four-hit performances from Caroline Malandra and Tori Tom helped set the tone for Serra’s offense, which generated five runs within the first two innings. Malandra tripled three times and drove in two runs in the win, while Tom had a double and a team-high three RBIs.
