North Charleroi: No applicants yet for street crew job

North Charleroi will continue to operate with a one-person street crew, but hopefully not for much longer. At last month’s meeting, council heard a positive report from street crew member Brandon Schwalb, who has been handling borough work and code enforcement on his own. Council agreed to advertise to accept applications to fill an open position last month, but no one has applied.
