Dolores Marie Frazier, 86, of Belle Vernon, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital surrounded by her family. Dolores was the daughter of the late Walter and Julia Duda Howsky. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Dolores was a Bellmar High School graduate and a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church in Belle Vernon. She was a homemaker and worked at the Belle Vernon Area High School cafeteria.  Dolores loved playing cards with her friends, watching the Game Show Network, and most of all, enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren as they were growing up. She is survived by her husband, K. Carroll “Fritz” Frazier, to whom she was married for 66 years; two daughters and son-in-law, Debbie and Curtis House of Orlando, Fla., Dana Ruscitti of Perryopolis; sister, Loretta Mullen of Arnold City; and grandchildren, Heather House and fiancé, Doug Bronson of Orlando, Fla., Ryan and Emma Ruscitti of Toano, Va. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 10, 2023, at PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME & CREMATIONS LLC, family owned and operated, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-6183. Prayers of Transfer will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home followed by a funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. at St. Sebastian Roman Church with the Rev. Michael J. Crookston as celebrant.
