The preliminary hearing for a man accused in the Nov. 5 shooting death of a Rostraver Township man has been postponed a fourth time. Keven Van Lam, 55, has been held in Westmoreland County Prison since Nov. 8 without bond, according to the docket sheet just made public in the case last month after the district attorney’s office sought to have the case sealed prior to his arrest. Lam is accused of killing Boyke Budiarachman, 49, in the parking lot of Rostraver Square and is charged with murder in the first degree, two counts of criminal homicide and one count of fabricating or tampering with physical evidence.
