Dolores M. ‘Dee’ Kramer Taylor – New Eagle

Dolores M. “Dee” Kramer Taylor, 87, of New Eagle, passed peacefully on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023, at Sunrise Senior Living in Upper St. Clair. Born in Pittsburgh on April 12, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Dolores Coll Kramer and a loving wife of the late John M. “Jack” Taylor. A graduate of the former South Hills High School, Dolores worked for many years as a cashier at the Monongahela A&P grocery store and for over 21 years as the secretary at the Grace Lutheran Church in Monongahela until her retirement. She was a member of Grace Lutheran, but most recently was attending Library Baptist Church in Finleyville. Dolores’ friends and family meant everything to her. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Carole and James Noble of Marietta, Ga.; and a son and daughter-in-law, Robert W. and LuAnn Taylor of Monongahela; and a sister, Patricia Kirk of Monongahela; and is the cherished Nana of six grandchildren, Mary McCarty-Houser (Patrick), Bobby (Jen) Taylor, Krystal (Matthew) Burgess, Jessica Taylor, Amber (Joshua) Rozik and Katharine (Andrew) Joseph; and eight great-grandchildren, Wade, Weston, Ryleigh, Chase, Karleigh, Mason, Elleigh and Connor. Preceding her in death was a son, John H. “Johnny” Taylor; and a sister, Carole Ziter. Friends and family will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at MARSHALL MARRA FUNERAL HOME, 216 Chess St., Monongahela, 724-258-6767, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 3, 2023, with Pastor Ken Barner officiating.
