James Teska – Belle Vernon

James Teska, 80, of Belle Vernon, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 16, 2023, in Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital. He was born on Dec. 28, 1942. He had been employed as a machinist at Corning prior to his retirement. He also was the owner and operator of “Hilltop Machine Shop.” James was a member of the Tri County Lodge F.&A.M. No. 252 and the Syria Shrine. Surviving are his daughter, Debra and husband Craig Meehlieb; son, Karl Motter; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. James was preceded in death by his wife, Doris. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to RHOME FUNERAL HOME INC., 1209 Grand Blvd., Monessen, where friends will be welcomed from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 20, 2023, with 11 a.m. the time of service, with Rabbi Sara Rae Perman officiating. Burial will follow at the Temple Beth Am Cemetery of Rostraver Township. The family kindly requests that no flowers be sent.
