Leps fall to Indians in OT

From Friday’s win over Southmoreland to Saturday’s victory against Franklin Regional, the Belle Vernon Area basketball team looked better with its collective play. On Sunday, the Leopards closed out a stretch of three games in as many days by continuing to make progress, despite suffering a dramatic defeat. The Leopards overcame a double-digit halftime deficit to tie the game in the final seconds of regulation before ultimately falling short in an 84-82 loss to Class 5A North Hills in the final game of the PBC Hall of Fame Classic at Montour Sunday night.
