Monessen prepares to sell Donner Avenue building

Monessen council has hired Ferrara Appraisals to do some preparatory work on the building at 557 Donner Ave. to get it ready to sell. The building sits across a concrete courtyard from Monessen’s current city hall and used to function as city hall before summer 2021.
