Lorenzo’s request for ARD change denied

A Westmoreland County judge wondered if he should order Rostraver Township officials to behave like adults and treat each other with respect as he denied a commissioner’s request to have his Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition conditions amended Tuesday morning. Commissioner John Lorenzo was approved for the ARD program by Westmoreland County President Judge Christopher A. Feliciani last June after he was prosecuted by the state attorney general’s office on accusations that he set up phony Facebook accounts and used prepaid mobile phones to harass political rivals, including Commissioner Gary Beck, who remains on the board with Lorenzo.
