Ada Isadora Moffett, 97, of McKeesport, died on Jan. 24, 2023. She was born in Mc-Keesport on July 5, 1925 and is the daughter of the late Thomas Pearson and Permilla C. Divens. Ada was preceded in death by her husband, David Moffett. She was employed at the Famous Department Store prior to marriage. After marriage she was employed by Interstate United in the cafeteria of U.S. Steel and then retired as a cook from the Homestead Personal Care Home. She was a lifelong member of West Side United Methodist Church in McKeesport. Ada is survived by her sons, David Moffett of McKeesport and Paul (Florence Gingery) Moffett of McKeesport; grandson, Paul E. Moffett of Buena Vista; and great-granddaughter, Mikayla Moffett of McKeesport. Family and friends will gather at STRIFFLERS OF WHITE OAK CREMATION AND MORTUARY SERVICES INC., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177) from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26, 2023.
