TJ’s Berger joins 1,000-point club

Evan Berger surpassed the 1,000-point plateau with a 16-point performance in Thomas Jefferson’s 61-56 win over Woodland Hills at The Challenge at Chatham University on Saturday. “This pregame was a little bit different and the nerves were a little bit higher, but I was just focused on getting a win. I wasn’t really worried about 1,000 because I knew it would come one way or another,” the junior said. “It was one of the coolest moments of my life.”
