California therapy dogs help grieving Charleroi students

As the Charleroi Area School District community mourns the loss of one of its students, a neighboring district — and its four-legged friends — stepped in Wednesday to help. On Sunday, an accident took the lives of Greg Stupar, 49, and his son, William Stupar, 15, a middle school student in Charleroi. Nathasha Stupar, Greg’s wife and William’s mother, wrote on the fundraising site GoFundMe that William was the couple’s first-born son and they just celebrated his 15th birthday a few weeks ago.
