Cortazzo nets 24 in leading SA past California

Angelina Cortazzo has been the catalyst for South Allegheny’s success all season, and Saturday’s 62-46 victory over California in the Mon Valley Independent Girls Shootout Classic proved to be no different. The senior led all scorers with 24 points and played a more impressive role as a leader for the Gladiators (7-7), according to her coach, Steve Mittereder.
