Charleroi council president responds to questions about residency

Newly selected Charleroi Council President Frank Paterra has admitted he does not currently sleep at his home in Charleroi, but he provided an explanation and expressed his intent to move back as soon as possible. During an agenda meeting last week, Councilman Jerry Jericho questioned Paterra’s residency and asked bluntly if he lived at 818 Oakland Ave.
