White Oak making anniversary plans

White Oak’s 75th Anniversary Committee will soon begin advertising for events celebrating the borough’s diamond anniversary, which is this year. Councilwoman Julie Opferman, who is chair of council’s recreation committee, said the first event of the 75th anniversary festivities is slated for March, and fliers containing specific details about the event will be released soon.
