Valley senators receive committee assignments

Three local state senators have announced their committee assignments for the 2023-24 Legislative session, and said they’re excited for the work ahead of them. Sen. Jim Brewster, D-McKeesport, said he has been re-appointed Democratic chair of the Senate Law and Justice and Game and Fisheries committees.
