Matush named new baseball coach at Bentworth

Bill Matush, who with 19 years as head baseball coach at Monessen, was the longest tenured baseball mentor at any Mon Valley school. He won’t have a 20th season at his alma mater. Matush was hired to the same position at Bentworth earlier this month. The Bearcats compete in WPIAL’s 2A classification while the Greyhounds are in 1A.
