Mary Joan Blazevich -Charleroi

Mary Joan Blazevich, 74, formerly of Charleroi, passed away in Autumn Grove Nursing Home in Harrisville, Pa., on Sunday, Dec. 25, 2022. Mary was born in Monessen, on Jan. 29, 1948, to Michell and Elizabeth Nagy Savich. She was a caregiver for Mr. and Mrs. Cooper for many years. Mary was previously a member of Mary Mother of the Church in Charleroi. Surviving are her sister, Nancy Hutchison in West Middletown; her brother, Pete Savich in Canonsburg; two nieces, Valarie Myers and her husband Nathaniel, and Janice Lauff. She will be missed by her great-niece, Gracelyn Myers; and two great-nephews, Luca and Bodhi Lauff; as well as her friend, Debbie Roberts. Preceding Mary in death were her parents and her brother, Mitchell Savich. A committal service will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Monongahela, at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 30, 2022.
