Hanson hired to lead South Allegheny football

After four successful seasons at West Greene, newly appointed South Allegheny head coach Brian Hanson is counting down the days until he can step foot on the turf at Gladiator Stadium under the Friday night lights for his first game. Hanson, who amassed a 24-16 record including two undefeated seasons in the Tri-County South Conference at his former job, is eager to make the jump from Class 1A to 3A after making a difficult decision to leave his post with the Pioneers.
