Christmas celebration helps Latino students feel at home

South Allegheny School District held an event to get its Latin American students into the Christmas spirit while embracing their unique cultures. Twelve students, ranging from elementary school to high school and representing Guatemala, Ecuador, Colombia and Mexico, celebrated at South Allegheny Elementary with a take on a Guatemalan tradition that has similar counterparts throughout all of Latin America.
