Shields’ double-double leads Charleroi to first section win

Charleroi’s Ben Shields continued his monster season with another stellar double-double performance, as the Cougars began Section 4-3A play with a 68-59 road victory over Waynesburg Friday night. Shields, who has averaged over 20 points per game this winter, scored a game-high 31 points and pulled down 17 rebounds.
