JoAnn Kubin – Fallowfield Township

JoAnn Kubin, 81, of Fallowfield Township, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2022, at Allegheny General Hospital. Born in North Charleroi, on Dec. 2, 1941, she was the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Bunda Babines. JoAnn was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, Charleroi site. She worked for American Greetings for a number of years and worked for many years at the former Elks Club in Charleroi. JoAnn is survived by her daughter, Sherry Kubin Yurkovich; her son, Mark (Vickie) Kubin; two brothers, Ronald Babines and Donald (Gerry) Babines; one niece and three nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew J. Kubin, in 1994; a sister, Betty Ann Babines; brother, Robert Babines; and son-in-law, Leonard Yurkovich. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, 2022, at LEONARD M. PAVLIC FUNERAL HOMES INC., 235 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, with a blessing service at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Carroll Township.
