Patricia J. Kostolansky – Donora

Patricia J. Kostolansky, 75, of Donora, passed away Friday, Dec. 9, 2022, at Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital in Carroll Township. She was born Dec. 5, 1947, in Monongahela, daughter of the late Joseph Cislaghi and the late Vera Russo Cislaghi. Patricia was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish. She graduated from Pittsburgh Hospital School of Nursing as a registered nurse. She worked as a nurse in various capacities throughout the Mon Valley area. Patricia and Thomas were married June 21, 1969, and recently celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary. Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband, Thomas B. Kostolansky; three children, Sarah (Timothy) Stephenson of Brentwood, Thomas B. Kostolansky of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and Christian (Jennifer) Kostolansky of Castle Shannon; and two grandchildren, Abigail and Lily. Arrangements have been entrusted to ANTHONY L. MASSAFRA FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE INC., 40 Second St. Ext., Donora, PA 15033, 724-379-6900, where friends will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, 2022. Prayers of transition to the church will be recited at 11:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial at noon in St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, Donora Campus. Family and friends are invited for a time of fellowship and to further celebrate Patricia’s life at the Monongahela Elks immediately following the Mass.
