Mother tries to track down driver who damaged son’s wheelchair ramp

A North Charleroi mother is looking for help to identify the driver of a car that plowed into and damaged a wheelchair ramp her son uses to access their home. Last Monday around 4:30 p.m., Starr Shaffer said she and her 5-year-old son Gauge Stoyer returned home near the corner of Seventh Street and Peach Lane to find Gauge’s wheelchair ramp badly damaged.
