Leps looking for golden ‘expiration date’

The Belle Vernon Area football team has been moving its expiration date all season long. No matter what, the season ends Saturday and the expiration date has arrived on the 2022 season. Will the Leopards go out as state champions? That’s the last setting on the table. Belle Vernon Area (11-2) will face District 12 champion Neumann-Goretti (11-3) for the Class 3A championship at 1 p.m. today at Cumberland Valley High School.
