Donora OKs preliminary budget

Donora council voted to advertise the 2023 budget, address borough staffing shortages and jousted with the public during their monthly meeting Thursday. The proposed 2023 budget passed the first vote unanimously. Council scheduled a second vote to finalize the budget at 4 p.m. Dec. 29.
