Charleroi: ABC sale offer is limited

With conversations of a potential sale looming, the Authority of the Borough of Charleroi has presented an offer to borough officials — but the offer isn’t what it originally appeared to be. Residents who attended council’s agenda meeting Wednesday night received news in regard to a contentious topic in the borough — the potential asset evaluation and sale of the authority.
