Mary Ann Woss Levering, 79, of Tempe, Ariz., passed away on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2022. Mary Ann was born in Charleroi on May 2, 1943, to the late Blanche and Stanley Woss. She was a 1961 graduate of Mon Valley Catholic High School. She met her husband John while in high school and after his military service, they married. Mary Ann worked in the accounting department at Penn State University while John attended college. After graduation, she became a homemaker, devoting her life to her husband and raising her family. Mary Ann and John recently celebrated 56 years of marriage. Mary Ann was a devout Catholic her entire life. She is a beloved wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed. May God bless her and welcome her into His kingdom. Mary Ann is survived by her husband, John; son, Mark; daughter, Christine and husband Robert Cavallo; sister, Frances Haile; and grandchildren, Alexander Cavallo and Madison Cavallo. In addition to her parents, Mary Ann was preceded in death by her brothers, Adolph Woss, Charles Woss and Rudolph Woss.
