His Place hosts free hair cut clinic

Lorenzo Altobelli of Lorenzo’s LA Effects in North Belle Vernon held a free hair cut clinic Monday afternoon at His Place in Monessen. Altobelli’s two employees, Dawayne Howell and James Gallaway, also donated their time and skills. Xavier Pagano, 11, of Charleroi gets his hair cut by Altobelli.
