‘Thrill of Hope’ celebration coming to Monessen

The City of Monessen is coming together to host a true community Christmas. A Thrill of Hope, a Monessen Community Christmas is a free holiday festival that will take place Dec. 3, promising an afternoon of holiday fun for the entire family.
