Terry L. Decker, 73, Ligonier, passed away Nov. 21, 2022, at Bethlen Home. He was born Nov. 30, 1948, in Johnstown, son of the late Logan Decker Jr. and Florence Henderson Decker. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Nichols Decker. He is survived by his mother, Florence Henderson Decker of New Florence; children, Terry Lee Decker Jr. and wife Michelle, Steven Decker and wife Renee, Heidi Decker, Kristin Jackson and husband Bradey, and Cherilyn Garry and husband Christopher; grandchildren, Joshua, Justin, Shelby, Zachary and Isabelle Decker, Johnnie Mae, Heavan and fiancé Dylan, Halena, Jaylyn and Eve Hester, Oasis Garry and Phoebe, Pyper and Braven Jackson; great-grandson, Royce Adams; sisters, Janice Decker and Lugene Horner and husband David. Terry was a family man with a big heart who would give to others. He enjoyed hunting, country music, classic cars and spending time with his grandchildren, great-nieces and great-nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 25, 2022, at KENNETH A. STUART FUNERAL HOME, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Norman C. Kaufman officiating. Interment will be in Mon Valley Memorial Park.
