BVA track and field team to host Turkey Trot 5K

Before sitting down to give thanks with family and friends on Thanksgiving Day, residents are invited to trot through North Belle Vernon for a good cause.
The BVA Track and Field Turkey Trot 5K, hosted by the teams’ boosters organization, will begin 8 a.m. Thursday at North Belle Vernon Community Bank Park.
Registration will open at 7 a.m. and cost is $40 the day of the event.
A $5 discount will be applied to participants who register in advance. To register in advance, go to run signup.com or text S4073 to 49514.
