Red Kettle drive will be last for Salvation Army captains

This will be the last Christmas serving the Mon Valley for Salvation Army Capts. Sue and Joel Thwaite. The couple plans to retire in June, after leading the organization for the past 13 years, and their Christmas wish is simple: to exceed their Red Kettle Campaign goal one last time.
